WE, the undersigned REJECT the "Gang of Eight" S. 744 and all other AMNESTY legislation proposals emerging in Congress! We REJECT Obama's get-out-of-jail free pass to thousands of illegal immigrants DETAINED FOR DEPORTATION! WE REJECT ICE Director John Morton's assumption of responsibility for the obvious political payback by Obama punishing the American people and our elected officials who don't share his agenda. We DEMAND an immediate congressional investigation of ICE's and CBP budget-based and sequestration-related cuts and releases. We further DEMAND Congress hold Director John Morton, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and Obama himself responsible for FAILING TO UPHOLD THE RULE OF LAW whether through resignations, removal from office, impeachment or any other legal means necessary.

WE, the undersigned, REJECT the "new" same old recycled amnesty proposals of "immigration reform" being shopped again in Washington DC! We DEMAND the 113th Congress RE-INTRODUCE and PASS the HALT ACT, H.R. 2497 to seriously address our border and illegal immigration crisis – AT ONCE!

WE, the undersigned, oppose so-called "comprehensive" immigration reforms being proposed by Barack Obama, Democrats and Republicans, any and all amnesties of illegal aliens including the so-called DREAM and ACHIEVE Acts, and any expansions of guest worker visas like the defeated STEM Jobs Act of 2012 being brought back to life in S. 744!

We PETITION for INCREASED AND EFFECTIVE federal border security and immigration law enforcement NOW. We favor a policy of attrition of the illegal population through strong enforcement of our nation's immigration laws, which includes, first and foremost, the physical securing of our borders.

We PETITION both Houses of Congress to heed the already beleaguered American people and reject "comprehensive" immigration reform, and any other bill that provides amnesty provisions or legalization of illegal aliens, or substantial increases in legal immigration or expansion of "worker" visa or alien family unification programs. We MUST learn from history, and from experiences like the recent Boston Marathon Massacre, that lax immigration policies breed contempt and betrayal, not gratitude or loyalty, to our great American experiment in self-government. Our vigilance serving liberty must INCREASE in today's hostile world, not DIMINISH – and we must learn to JUST SAY NO to those who would imperil our domestic tranquility!

Further, we the undersigned PLEDGE to withhold political support from any Member of Congress who advocates, supports or votes for such legislation.

Finally, we PLEDGE to dedicate ourselves to defeating any candidate for election or re-election of office who supports any bill like S. 744 that provides legalization of illegal aliens, which is amnesty, or substantial increases in legal immigration and alien family unification programs, unless and until THE BORDERS OF OUR NATION ARE SECURED AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION HALTS.

We PLEDGE to do so regardless of political party and in both the primaries and the general election.
