Demand Immediate Release, Repatriation from Iran's Imprisonment for
Pastor Saeed Abedini and All U.S. Captives

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." – Congressional Oath of Office

Whereas the Founders of America believed that a solemn and binding oath to God and man, to duty and the Constitution was vital to the preservation of freedom, and along with the First and Second, the Fifth, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments further protect unalienable individual Rights of all Persons, including the right to due process, and

Whereas Iran's Islamist oligarchy – IN VIOLATION OF ALL INTERNATIONAL LAW AND NATURAL LAW NORMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS – has wrongfully imprisoned American Pastor Saeed Abedini, is incarcerating him in a hellish prison at high risk of death at the savage hands of ISIS terrorist inmates vowed to murder him, and is torturing him to coerce his denial of Christ, so as to make him to the Iranian Muslim people an example against conversion to Christianity; and

Whereas Iran's Islamist oligarchy has been found by international referees to be in gross violation of countless terms of the Obama "nuclear" deal requiring Congressional finalization for sanctions relief and release of funds;

NOW THEREFORE, we the undersigned do demand every member of Congress unite to DEMAND release of all four Americans incarcerated by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Otherwise, Congress MUST REJECT OUTRIGHT ANY CONSIDERATION of remediating Iran's violations and implementing Obama's nuclear "deal" as impermissibly transacted with a rogue and lawless regime, using whatever means necessary – including the reinstatement of economic sanctions against Iran – UNTIL THESE AMERICANS ARE RETURNED TO THEIR FAMILIES!

We will not rest until this innocent U.S. Citizen and Man of God, and other unjustly imprisoned Americans, are liberated to sovereign American soil. Pastor Saeed Abedini has been tortured and beaten until his health crippled and his very life imperiled. With a heart full of hope and prayers for his deliverance, I DEMAND you honor your oath of office and do your duty to protect and defend Pastor Saeed Abedini and other U.S. prisoners against the Islamic Republic of Iran, by tying their freedom to all other U.S.-Iranian diplomatic negotiations, relations, arrangements or financial commitments until these United States SECURE RELEASE from unjust martyrdom and see them RETURNED to America AT ONCE.
